第一步扫码申请

Step 1 Scanning the QR code for application

使用手机扫描下面的二维码进入境外人员住宿登记网上申请页面开始申请，或下载“海易办”APP、通过微信、支付宝“海易办”APP小程序进入“国际服务区”进行申报。

Scan the QR code below with your mobile phone to access the page of online registration for residence registration of visitors from overseas and start the application. You can also download the App “HaiYiBan”, and enter the “International Service” page via the mini program “HaiYiBan” on WeChat or Alipay to make an application.

第三步填写个人信息

Step 3 Filling in personal information

真实地填写个人信息，其中“联系方式”可以填写本人或留宿人的手机号码，也可以填写本人或留宿人的电子邮件地址。

Please fill in your personal information truthfully. In regard to telephone number or email address, you can fill in your own or the accommodation person's information.

第四步填写住宿信息

Step 4 Filling in the residence information

1.填写住宿信息时，“当前定位地址”由系统精确定位填写，无需手动修改；请完整准确地填写住宿地址，具体到住宅区、建筑模块、房间号码等信息。为确保住宿地址的准确性和有效性，请到达住宿地点后再申请。

When you fill in the residence information, the “Current Location Address” will be automatically filled by the system, which does not need to be manually modified. In the “Detailed Address” field, please fill in the complete and accurate residential address, including the district, building No. and room No. To ensure the accuracy and validity of the submitted residential address, please file the application after arriving at the residence.

填写“留宿人/单位”信息时，如果没有留宿人或留宿单位，可以在“留宿人/单位”项目中填写。

If there is no accommodation person or unit, you may choose “None”.

第五步上传证件信息

Step 5 Uploading ID document information

申请者需要持有有效出入境证件资料页面的海外人员拍照上传，以确保证件资料清晰完整。

Please upload a photo of the applicant holding the front page of the valid exit-entry certificate, and ensure that the certificate details are displayed clearly and fully.

第六步安全验证

Step 6 Security verification

信息填写完毕后，需要通过手机信息或电子邮件进行安全验证。如果手机号码无法收到验证码，可以选择通过电子邮件进行安全验证。

After filling in the information, you will be subject to a security verification via either SMS or email. If you cannot receive the verification code via SMS, please choose the security verification via email.

第七步提交申报信息

Step 7 Submitting the application

填写所有信息并通过安全验证后，即可提交申请信息。如果申请住宿登记失败，可以拨打12367服务热线咨询或到居住地派出所登记。

After filling in all the information and passing the security verification, you can submit the application. If the application for registration fails, you may call the hotline 12367 for consultation or go to the local police station for registration.

住宿凭据 | Residence Voucher

申请成功后，系统会根据预留的联系方式发送短信或电子邮件通知申请人，并在短信或电子邮件中附上相关链接。海外人员可以根据需要立即下载PDF版的《海外人员住宿登记证》。如果需要盖章，请到居住地派出所办理。

If the application is successful, the system will send a SMS or email to your contact information left in advance, with a relevant link attached in the message or email. You can download the Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors from Overseas in PDF format upon request. If it needs to be stamped, please go to the local police station.

这个系统只针对生活在海南的外国朋友，港澳台同胞。

This system is only for foreigners living in Hainan, and compatriots of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

如果海外人员有留宿人或留宿单位，可以由留宿人或留宿单位代为申请。

The accommodation person or unit can make an application on behalf of the overseas visitor.

在申请中遇到问题，可以拨打12367服务热线进行咨询。

If you have any questions in the application, please call the hotline 12367.

办理本业务不收取任何费用。
