2024年世界人工智能大会法治论坛由世界人工智能大会组委会办公室指导，上海市法学会承办，将于7月6日上午在上海世博中心蓝厅举行，主题为“人形机器人的法治与伦理”。

嘉宾介绍

Peter GANEA

上海国际知识产权学院同济大学中欧创新政策与法律研究中心副主任研究员

Deputy Director of China-EU Innovation Policy and Law Research Center, Researcher at Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property (SICIP), Tongji University

他曾经是同济大学中德国际经济法研究所的副主任。他曾在德国慕尼黑担任马克斯普朗克创新与竞争研究所亚洲部长，并在法兰克福大学协调现代东亚研究的跨领域M.A.项目。他发表了一篇关于亚洲知识产权与竞争法的文章，并教授了许多关于知识产权法和一般法律的课程。

Peter Ganea has been the German Co-Director of the Sino-German International Economic Law Institute at Tongji University. In his previous positions he has been Head of the Asia Department of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich and coordinated an interdisciplinary M.A. programme on modern East Asian Studies at Frankfurt University. He has published articles on intellectual property and competition law in Asia and has taught numerous courses on intellectual property law and law in general.
