Today, my local colleague and I are visiting the University of Dodoma, a key public comprehensive university in Tanzania, ranked fourth in overall strength among universities in the country.

今日，我和我的本地化同事Dababa Comba来到坦桑尼亚多多马大学，这所大学是坦桑尼亚重点建设的公立综合性大学，整体实力在坦桑尼亚众多大学中排名第四。

The University of Dodoma's campus is the largest in the country.

在这个国家，多多马大学的校园建设规模超过了其他大学。

The university is highly praised in the local job market for its high employment rates due to the excellence of its graduates.

多多马大学因其培养的毕业生就业率高而受到好评。

It is also home to Tanzania's first and only three-year Confucius Institute.

坦桑尼亚第一所孔子学院在多多马大学落户。

Currently, the institute has 271 students, including over 90 recent graduates majoring in Chinese language.

现在，多多马大学孔子学院有271名学生，90多名应届汉语言系大学生。

CPP1’s EACOP Project Team places a strong emphasis on talent recruitment and local management. After thorough research, we decided to establish a connection with the Confucius Institute at the University of Dodoma.

东非石油输出管道一公司项目部高度重视人才引进和本地化管理。经过项目部的充分调查，决定与多多马大学孔子学院建立数据共享。

During the presentation at the university, we played promotional videos of EACOP Project in both Chinese and English.

讲座上，播放了管道局、英语宣传片。

Our HR team conducted one-on-one interviews with 25 recent Chinese language graduates who had passed the HSK-4 examination to assess their professional skills and overall abilities.

项目人事团队对25名通过HSK-4级汉语言专业的应届毕业生进行了一对一面试，对他们的专业水平和综合能力有了深刻的了解。

Ultimately, we selected 5 students for project translation positions and 10 for roles in HSE, administration, HR, and other areas.

最终，选择5名员工从事项目翻译工作，10名员工从事HSE工作。、在行政、人事等岗位工作。

This university-enterprise cooperation marks CPP1's first attempt to establish mutually beneficial relationships with a renowned local university for its overseas project. It has expanded our talent recruitment channels, enhanced the job competency of local employees, and provided strong support for the long-term overseas development of our enterprise.

校企合作是管道一公司在国外与当地名校建立互利互通的首次尝试，不仅拓展了人才引进渠道，也进一步促进了当地员工提高工作能力，为企业海外长远发展提供了有力支持。
